JAMMU, June 25: Jammu & Kashmir Government today placed 22 officers of General Executive Cadre in Non-Functional Grades.
According to the order, 13 officers namely T Gyalpo, M Fiesel Qureshi, Sanjay Kumar Sharma, Ranjeet Singh Chib, Paramjeet Singh, Nasir Ahmed, Dushyant Sharma, Vinay Kumar, Al-Tahir Geelani, Kulwant Singh, Sanjeev Khajouria, Mohammad Aftab Mir and Fayaz Hussain have been placed in Selection Grade-I (Non Functional) of Rs 37400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs 8700 (pre-revised) Level 13 in the Pay Matrix (revised). While Selection Grade-I has been released in favour of T Gyalpo notionally with effect from 01-07-2010 and on regular basis with effect from 01-04-2018, the Grade has been released for other officers with effect from 01-01-2022.
Further, Selection Grade -II (Non Functional) of Rs 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs 7600 (pre-revised) Level-12 in the Pay Matrix (revised) has been released in favour of T Gyalpo with effect from 01-07-2006 instead of 01-07-2011, on notional basis and on regular basis with effect from 01-04-2018.
Also, 7 officers has been placed in the Time Scale (Non Functional) of Rs 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs 6600 (pre-revised) Level-II in the Pay Matrix (revised). The effect has been given for Ashok Kumar Chib from 01-04-2018 to 28-02-2020, Parshotam Lal from 01-07-2019, Mohd Aslam from 01-07-2019, Ali Mohd from 01-07-2019, Jamrood Singh from 01-07-2020, Farooq Ahmad from 01-07-2021 and Bashir Ahmad from 01-07-2021.
Further, date of release of Time Scale (Non Functional) of Rs 15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs 6600 (pre-revised) Level-II in the Pay Matrix (revised) in favour of Mohd Rafi Giri has been predated to 01-07-2018 instead of 01-01-2019.
