JAMMU, June 26: Former MLC, BJP spokesperson (JK-UT) ,Girdhari Lal Raina along with BJP senior leader and JMC councilor, Sanjay Kumar Baru listening the grievances in a meeting at Anand Nagar in Ward 41, in which deputations of displaced Kashmiri Pandits met BJP leaders and apprised them of the problems they have been facing and sought their immediate redressal. BJP Kashmir Displaced Unit vice president, Shivan Pandita, spokesperson, Rajeev Pandita and BJP’S Booth No.73/45 president, Jangjeet Singh also accompanied with BJP leaders.
After listening the grievances, of the residents of Ward No 41 G.L Raina said that BJP KDD is committed to the development of all the sections of the society and it is in this regard that today meeting of displaced people of Ward No 41 is conducted to discuss the various issues related to basic amenities of KP community living in the Ward.
Former Legislator, while appreciating the tireless efforts of incumbent corporator, Sanjay Baru said that BJP senior leadership had decided to conduct series of meetings in all wards of Jammu where displaced KP community is residing in large numbers to resolve all the pending issues of lanes , roads , drains and other civic amenities.
Addressing the meeting Sanjay Baru assured early redressal of their grievances and said that BJP is committed on its agenda of “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas” .
Baru also appealed the local residents for their cooperation in “door to door” garbage collection to focus on “Swach Bharat” Mission of the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi who is working day and night to make country clean and green.
KDD office bearers Hira Lal Bhat, Moti Lal Bhat, BJYM leader Vikas Khajuria,
Maharaja Krishan Zutshi,M.L Koul,Janki Nath Koul,Ram Ji Koul,Daleep Pandita,Tej Krishan Bhat, Sanjay Pandita, Sanjay Sharma and other residents of the locality were also present.
