Shiv Sena protests against hike in domestic gas prices

JAMMU, July 6: Shiv Sena J&K unit today flayed the government for once again hiking the price of LPG cylinders by Rs. 50 amidst inflation breaking all records.
Led by Manish Sahni, president Shiv Sena J&K, the protesters raised slogans against the soaring prices of essential commodities.
Sahni told reporters that BJP led Government at the Centre has failed to control the inflation.
“In BJP regime, prices of LPG cylinders have increased by more than two and half. The Modi government has hit the poor and middle class by abolishing the gas subsidy,” he said.
Women Wing president of Shiv Sena, Meenakshi Chibber; general secretary, Vikas Bakshi and others were also present in the protest.
