JAMMU, July 19: Miran Sahib Police arrested one absconding notorious criminal along with weapon.
As per police sources, on specific information a team from Police Station Miran Sahib led by SHO Inspector Zaheer Mushtaq under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Surinder Singh conducted raid and apprehended a notorious absconder along with weapon.
The accused was identified as Pankaj Singh alias Panku alias Raja, son of Gopal Singh of Kotil Mian Fateh, Miran Sahib District Samba.
It is pertinent to mention that accused was a notorious criminal of desperate character having more than 10 cases registered against the above said criminal including one murder case.
Further investigation into the cases registered against the accused is going on.
