Country Inn organises picnic for Govt School students

JAMMU, Sept 19: As part of Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group’s annual Responsible Business Action Month (RBAM) this year, Country Inn and Suites  By Carlson, Katra planted 150 tree plants and has planned blood donation camp.
During RBAM, which takes place in the whole month of September, Carlson Rezidor Hotels make special efforts to organise social and environmental activities, engage employees, guests and local community and raise awareness on important social and sustainability issues.
The Hotel today organised picnic for a Government School of Katra in which the students were served breakfast, lunch etc.
Kuldeep Sharma, General Manager, Country Inn and Suites, Katra said many children from low income families in the area never afford to have picnic at hotel and that was why “we commit ourselves to this cause this year”.
He said the Country Inn and Suites, Katra will hold blood donation camp on September 24.
Mr Sharma said the students were thrilled to have picnic in Country Inn and Suites, Katra and enjoyed breakfast and dinner. They also inter-acted with the staff of the Hotel.
