RAJOURI, Sept 19: A 16-year-old boy fell down from a tree and later succumbed to injuries in hospital here today.
Reports said the mishap took place at around 9 am today at Azmatabad village in Thanamandi, when 10th class student, Reyaz Ahmed, son of Nazir Hussain was cutting leaves for the cows from a tall tree. He fell down and received serious head injuries. The parents shifted him to Thanamandi Hospital. Later, he was referred to Rajouri District Hospital, where he succumbed after some time.
