SRINAGAR, Sept 20: Speaker, Legislative Assembly, Mubarak Gul and the Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah today discussed various issues relating to the development of Jammu and Kashmir. Matters concerning State Legislature also came up for discussion in the meeting.
The Speaker briefed the Chief Minister about his recent tour to South Africa. He also apprised the Chief Minister about the ensuing legislature session and the preparedness in this regard.
The Speaker who represents Eidgah constituency also talked about the development of his constituency. He stressed the need for improvement and upgradation of Eidgah, construction of footbridge in Palapora, establishment of hospital, creation of play field and improvement in the civic amenities.
