JAMMU, Sept 21: A deputation of Trikuta Nagar Welfare Association called on the Minister for Housing and Culture Raman Bhalla and apprised him of the problems being faced by residents of the locality.
The deputation, led by the Association president Vikram Gour, demanded conversion of Lease Hold status of the plot owners into Free Hold, cleanliness of the nullah near JDA Market, upgradation of Urban Public Health Centre at Trikuta Nagar to a proper mini-hospital to cater to emergent medical needs, restarting of direct transport facility from city to Trikuta Nagar, upgradation and modernization of the existing Post Office in Trikuta Nagar, etc.
The Minister assured to consider all the demands.
The deputation comprised of S C Sharma, A K Arora, Sanjay Dogra, S N Koul and others.
