JAMMU, Sept 21: Executive Magistrate today granted police remand of Dr Raj Sharma, owner of Aastha Nursing Home, who was allegedly involved in abortion of inmate of Rotary Inner Wheel Home for Mentally Retarded Children.
Dr Raj Sharma has been booked under Sections 315 and 201 RPC at Trikuta Nagar Police Station.
In the meanwhile, CJM Jammu SR Gandhi, after hearing CPO Sanjay Kohli for the State, reserved the bail application of Girdhari Lal Koul (Director-cum-Principal) and Rajinder Kapoor (Secretary) of the Home for Mentally Retarded Girls at Channi Rama.
