JAMMU : After a brief lull in yet another ceasefire violation, Pakistan targeted Indian posts in Bhimber Gali area of Rajouri district.
“Pakistan troops late last night at around 2155 hrs fired small arms and automatics at forward posts in Hamirpur area of Bhimber Gali,” S N Acharya, Officiating Jammu Based Public Relation Officer, Ministry of Defence, here said.
He said, Our troops retaliated effectively with similar caliber weapons while the exchange of fire lasted till 0200 hrs today.
“No injury or damage was reported in the firing,” he added.
