Unemployed Ayurvedic BAMS Doctors to protest on Sept 25

JAMMU, Sept 22: Demanding their absorption, Unemployed Ayurvedic BAMS Doctors Association, Jammu has announced to hold massive protest demonstration on September 25 outside the Press Club Jammu.
A meeting of the Association was held wherein its chairman Dr Shri Kant lamented that Ayurvedic doctors of Jammu region were not being absorbed under the AYUSH scheme of the Union Health Ministry. He registered strong protest over non-proper implementation of the AYUSH and the NRHM schemes in J&K.
Dr Sahil Pandoh demanded immediate advertisement of the posts for the ISM Ayurvedic Doctors and requested the Union Health Minister Gulam Nabi Azad as well as the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for their intervention for creation of the posts.
The Association appealed all the doctors to assemble in large number out side the Press Club on September 25 at 10:30 am for a strong protest demonstration in support of their demands.
The meeting was attended by Dr Amit Gupta, Vishal Sharma. Dr Devinder, Dr Narain, Dr Soni, Dr Neena, Dr Abbha, Dr Depti Dogra, Dr Ankula, Dr Ruchika Raina, Dr Pooja, Dr Sakshi Bakshi, Dr Monika, Dr Neena, Dr Vidush, Dr Anjali, Dr Abbha, Dr Parm Deep Singh, Dr Aman and others.
