KISHTWAR, Sept 22: Traders Association Kishtwar has decided to stage dharna and observe complete bandh tomorrow in protest against the failure of Government to provide ex-gratia/relief to the victims of August 9 communal strife.
In a statement, the Association said, “we had approached Additional Deputy Commissioner for permission regarding dharna but we were not allowed on the ground that Deputy Commissioner was out of station”.
“Notwithstanding denial of permission from the administration we will observe complete bandh and stage dharna”, the Association said.
