JAMMU, Aug 6: Kanachack Police booked a man for impregnating a minor girl.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a woman with Police Station Kanachack stating that a man identified as Baba, a resident of Galwadey Chak Tehsil Marh District Jammu has raped and impregnated her minor daughter.
Acting over the complaint, a case FIR Number 93/2022 under Section 4 Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act has been registered at Police Station Kanachack and hunt has been launched to nab the alleged accused.
