JAMMU, Aug 11: The Home Department of J&K Government, in an order, has appointed Danesh Rana, ADGP (Coordination) PHQ J&K as Inquiry Officer to conduct an inquiry into the charges framed against Nisar Ahmad Khan, Dy.SP, the then SDPO Sumbal.
The order further stated that J.S Johar, AIG, Training/Policy, PHQ, J&K shall be the Presenting Officer and the Inquiry Officer shall complete the enquiry and submit his report/recommendations to the Home Department within a period of 30 days from the date of issue of this order.
