JAMMU, Aug 12: Pamposh Ganju, Under Secretary to the Government, Health and Medical Education Department, has been appointed as the Inquiry Officer to examine the reply submitted by Sudesh Kumar (BHW), in light of the corruption charges leveled against the latter.
The Inquiry Officer shall submit his report within a period of two weeks.
Pertinent to mention that Anti Corruption Bureau has registered a case against Javaid Ahmad, Sr Assistant (Gazetted Section) H&ME and Sudesh Kumar, Class-IV employee of Legal Section of H&ME Department and others.
