JAMMU, Aug 29: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) has sealed a restaurant running in the name “House of Cuisines”.
As per official spokesman, the Revenue Staff alongwith Enforcement Staff led by the Assistant Commissioner (Rev) s Manisha on the direction of Commissioner of JMC sealed the restaurant running in the name “House of Cuisine” at Panjthirthi, here.
The restaurant was running without obtaining NOC from Jammu Municipal Corporation under section 328 of Municipal Act 2000.
