JAMMU, Aug 30: The working committee of the Provincial Power Employees Union held a meeting under the chairmanship of Shakti Gupta Chairman to take stock of the prevailing problems of the power employees.
In the meeting, the existing working committee of the Union was dissolved and new committee has been elected.
Shakti Gupta has been elected as Chairman of the Provincial Power Employees Union, Manjit Singh as President, Deep Mehra as General Secretary, Koushal Sharma as Senior Vice President, Sat Pal as Chief Organiser, Amar Bhartu, Suresh Sharma and Subash Pandey as Vice Presidents, Anay Gupta as Office Secretary, Pankaj Sharma as Press Secretary, Bharat Bhushan as Cashier, Sanjay Sharma as Joint Secretary and Munish Chib as Assistant Organiser.
In the meeting, it was further decided and resolved that all the ex-members of the Union will be the Advisors.
