JAMMU, Aug 31: Government has ordered disengagement of Deputy Advocate General in Srinagar Wing of the High Court and eight Standing Counsels of Subordinate Courts of Jammu district.
As per the order issued by Achal Sethi, Secretary to the Government, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, sanction has been accorded to the disengagement of Avtar Singh Sodhi as Deputy Advocate General in Srinagar Wing of the High Court with immediate effect.
Similarly, eight Standing Counsels of Subordinate Courts of Jammu district namely Achyut Dubey, Deepak Mahajan, Deepali Arora, Pankaj Gupta, Arjun Mengi, Bharat Singh Parmar, Pulkit Charangoo and Pawan Dev Gupta have been disengaged with immediate effect.
