UDHAMPUR, Sept 2: A hardcore narcotics smuggler from Ramnagar and main supplier of narcotics to youth in the area has been booked under Public Safety Act.
According to Police, the accused, namely Akash Kharkha, son of Late Yash Paul, resident of Ward number 06, Ramnagar, is a habitual criminal and was arrested a number of times in different FIRs of heinous nature, including smuggling of narcotics, eve teasing besides other criminal cases.
Police executed the warrant for detention of the accused under Public Safety Act.
