POONCH, Sept 2: Fourteen persons were injured in an accident at Dherian in Poonch.
Official sources said that, a Tata Magic bearing Registeration Number JK12 5772 was rashly driven while on its way from Poonch towards Degwar. When it reached at Dherian near crusher, met with an accident in which 14 passengers were injured.
Injured were identified as Zaheen Akhter, wife of Pervaiz Ahmed, resident of Alapeer, Taj Mohd, son of Badar Din, resident of Degwar, Aparnav Sharma, son of Albu Sharma, resident of Bihar, Raj Kumar, son of Tiwari Rai, resident of Bihar, Mohd Rafiq, son of Wazir Mohd, resident of Islamabad, Mohd Hanief, son of Mohd Din, resident of Degwar, Mohd Suleman, Ritu Sharma, wife of Pawan Kumar, resident of Ward number 5 poonch, Resham Bi, wife of Bagh Hussain, Saber Mian son of Ameen Mian, resident of Bihar, Ram Bahadur son of Ram Lakhan resident of Bihar, Shabnam Akhter, daughter of Mohd Sadeeq, resident of Mendhar, Mohd Hanief, son of Mohd Din resident of Degwar, Tarlochan Singh, son of Rashpal Singh, resident of Dallan and Mansoor Mian, son of Mohd Said, resident of Bihar.
Medical Superintendent DH Poonch, Dr Zulfqar Ali said that condition of all injured is stable, many have been discharge, but three are still under observation.
Station House Officer Poonch said that, a case under FIR number 190/2022 under section 279/337 IPC stands registered in this regard.
