JAMMU, Sept 7: The Government has nominated two Administrative Secretaries as Secretaries for the Kathua and Kishtwar districts in place of Manoj Kumar Dwivedi and BK Singh respectively.
According to the order, Prerna Puri, Commissioner/Secretary Information Technology Department has been nominated as Secretary for district Kathua and Bhupinder Kumar, Secretary Health and Medical Education Department for district Kishtwar.
