SRINAGAR, Sept 8: IASOWA (IAS Officers Wives Association) J&K under the guidance of its President Dr. Amita Mehta, wife of Chief Secretary J&K, donated 25 blankets to the needy patients at Akhnoor Sub-District Hospital today.
The three member team of IASOWA J&K was represented by Shveta Kansal, Anuradha Jangid & Divya Yadav.
The visiting members handed over 25 blankets to BMO Akhnoor in presence of Sub Divisional Magistrate for the welfare of needy patients.
BMO Akhnoor briefed the members about infrastructure, staff position, daily patient footfall & other functions of the hospital.
Staff, attendants & patients present on occasion appreciated this goodwill gesture by the IAS Officers Wives Association.
