JAMMU, Sept 8: The monthly meeting of Retirees Police League District Jammu was held under the chairmanship of Karanjit Singh President of the League.
Different issues were discussed concerning welfare of retirees police personnel. Main issues were addressing of pending issues of arrears and pension discrepancies among equal ranks, medical facilities to be available all retirees and free medicines should be available in Police Hospitals like life saving drugs, zonal level meeting of all Districts of Jammu Zone and Kashmir Zone be organized after proper involvement of all Districts Leagues and DGP should be invited.
A large number of retirees including Ch Chirag Din, Kanwar Ranjit Singh, Prithvi Raj Sharma, Som Raj Datta, D D Sharma, Ashok Bhagat, B L Koul, Kuldip Raj, Mohinder Singh, Khalil Ur Rahman, S M Jangral, Yoginder Singh, Subash Raina, Dhian Singh, Ved Raj Bali, Sat Pal, Shamsher Bhagat, Raghubir Singh, Manohar Lal and Ashok Kumar Sharma participated.
