JAMMU, Sept 16: Emergency Department of Dr. K.D Multi-speciality Hospital here today was inaugurated by Chander Mohan Gupta, JMC Mayor.
K.D Multi-speciality Hospital has a separate Emergency & Trauma Department to deal with any life saving procedure that needs immediate intervention.
This Emergency Department is first of its kind in Jammu region well equipped with both manpower and equipments to deal any kind of emergency 24*7.
The Emergency Department is headed and managed by Dr. Pooja Padha, who has done Master’s in Emergency Medicine and has an experience of over 12 yrs in medical field.
The Mayor said that this type of facility is very useful to provide good health facilities to the people of Jammu.
Dr. J.P Singh, Managing Director; Dr. Sumit Sharma CEO and Dr. Pooja Padha, Emergency Head along with other doctors, managers & their staff were present at the inauguration function.
CEO, Dr. Sumit Sharma in his address said that emergency department is the face of any hospital and they are bound to provide emergency services to the people of Jammu 24*7.
