JAMMU, Sept 18: RVS iGlobal, a UK based MNC which already has an amazing team of more than 90 talented youth from different regions of Jammu and Kashmir as well as the adjoining states, will expand its workforce up to 200 employees by the next year.
In a handout issued today, the Company said its objective is to bring international working standards and corporate exposure to the doorsteps of J&K while delivering top notch IT services to the businesses. The company took part in the Job Fair, 2022 being organized by District Employment and Counselling Centre (DECC) in different parts of Jammu regions.
The first job fair was held on 8th of Sep 2022 at Kala Kendra, Jammu in presence of Sarita Chauhan (Commissioner/ Secretary to Labour and Employment Department) who was the chief guest at the event. This was followed by another one that was held on September 17 at DECC Office, Samba. Job seekers from all the regions of J&K participated in the events.
RVS iGlobal received an overwhelming response from the job seekers. More than 250 promising candidates with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in engineering and equivalent streams applied for different positions in the IT Networking domain. “The screening process is operative and technical rounds are being conducted for the shortlisted candidates,” the Company said.
“We appreciate the efforts made by DECC for providing this platform to bridge the gap between the employers and the job seekers. As young graduates struggle in finding IT corporate jobs nowadays, RVS iGlobal is committed to provide IT job opportunity to the engineering/IT graduates in their own hometown,” the handout mentioned.
