Srinagar, Oct 3: Thirteen persons were injured in different road accidents across the Valley today.
A police spokesman said eight passengers were injured when a Xylo vehicle bearing registration number JK01P/5229 turned turtle at Sheeri in district Baramulla. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.
A pedestrian, Yasmeena Jabar daughter of Mohammad Jabar Sheikh of Jawbrara, Awantipora, was hit and injured by an i-10 car bearing registration number JK01M/7013 at Jawbrara in district Pulwama. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment, the spokesman said.
In a collision between a load carrier bearing registration number JK01S/3380 and a Wagon-R bearing registration number JK01Q/8500 at Main Chowk Kakapora in district Pulwama, four persons were injured in this mishap. All the injured were shifted to a hospital for treatment, the spokesman said.
Police has registered cases in these accidents.
