JAMMU, Oct 4: Bharti Airtel, a global telecom services provider, today announced the launch of loan facility for its prepaid mobile customers across Jammu and Kashmir.
This emergency credit service enables customers to avail a loan of Rs 10 when their account balance comes below Rs 5. Customers can avail this service by dialing *141*10# or 52141.
The Airtel customers can now stay connected without worrying even if they are unable to recharge immediately when low on balance. Loan credit to the customer account will be notified via SMS and a nominal fee of Rs 2 will be charged on the loan.
Only prepaid mobile customers in the State, who have completed a minimum period of 60 days on Airtel network can access the service.
This loan facility is yet another addition to the existing bouquet of similar services by Airtel that enables customers to stay connected even at low balance.
