JAMMU, Sept 29: A meeting of the R S Pura, Miran Sahib, Arnia and Bishnah zones of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum was held today at Miran Sahib under the chairmanship of Ganesh Khajuria for threadbare discussion on various issues.
Ganesh Khajuria was accompanied by S Surat Singh Toofani, Darshan Sharma, Kuldeep Singh Bandral and P D Singh while the meeting was attended by all the Zonal Presidents.
The main points raised during the meeting, were about ATD 2022, rationalization process, BLOs’ duties, daily online activities and DPC of teachers to Masters etc.
Ganesh Khajuria said that it was a matter of utter surprise that DPC of Masters is still pending on the part of Directorates of School Education of both the provinces as there is no DPC after 2014.
Regarding rationalization process of teachers, Chairman said that the matter of rationalization, BLO’s duty and daily online activities etc will be discussed with the Directorate School Education who will be requested to take some concrete and visionary steps on these grave issues for the welfare of teachers in general and students in particular.
