KATHUA, Oct 6: Jyoti Devi, wife of Surinder Kumar of Billawar has made a written complaint in the Police Station Billawar that she was sexually assaulted by some unknown persons at Dayala Chak yesterday where she had visited to see some relative.
The Billawar Police informed the SHO Hiranagar about the complaint which has initiated the investigation. The SHO Hiranagar said that they have received information from SHO Billawar and started investigations in the case.
