JAMMU, Oct 7: Government has appointed Rajesh Gill, Chief Prosecuting Officer as Special Public Prosecutor in the designated Anti-Corruption Court Doda and Additional Public Prosecutor in the Fast Track Court Doda in addition to his own duties.
An order in this regard has been issued by R K Goyal, Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
