JAMMU, Oct 7: Dr Sheetal Dogra (Project Associate, VPT, SKUAST Jammu) has been conferred with Prof Amalendu Chakraborty National Young Scientist Award for the year 2022.
Wife of Chandan Khanmotra and daughter of Shambu Ram & Sushsma Kumari, Dr Sheetal bagged award for the presentation entitled “Aetiology of Primary Chronic Gastroenteropathies in Dogs – A comprehensive study” which she has presented in the Canine Medicine Session.
Dr Sheetal, who lives in Patta Bohri (Jammu), received the award at XVIII Annual Convention of Indian Society for Advancement of Canine Practice (ISACP) & National Symposium on ‘Newer Concepts and Approaches in Small Animal Practice and Welfare’ organized by the Department of Veterinary Medicine, College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, recently at Navania, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
The conference was attended by more than 300 delegates from various National Institutes and leading Universities of the Country. Dr Swaran Singh Randhawa, Director Teaching Veterinary Clinical Complex (PhD Major Guide) GADVASU congratulated her for the research excellence and recognition in the national conference.
