JAMMU, Oct 7: All Migrant Camp Coordination Committee (AMCCC) in its meeting held under the chairmanship of its president Desh Rattan has expressed grave concern over the plight of the displaced people especially those who have no source of income and are totally dependent on cash assistance from Government.
The meeting announced Bharat Bushan Dhar as area coordinator of Jagti and Tej Krishan as State secretary of the organization. Neelam Garu was nominated secretary of women cell.
The meeting made an appeal to those NGOs who seek funds from abroad on the name of displaced Pandits to spend the same for the welfare of the community properly so that the deserving and genuine people of the community can take proper advantage of it.
The meeting among others was attended by R N Pandita, Daljeet Singh, R N Dhar, Bharat Bushan, T K Malhotra, U S Bedi, Ashok Kumar etc.
