JAMMU, Oct 7: A minor girl died after falling from a tractor at Kanna Chargaal area, falling under the jurisdiction of Sidhra Police Post.
As per reports, 10-year-old Sajia Akhter, daughter of Mohammad Rashid, resident of village Kanna Chargaal was playing with other children near her home, when she accidentally falls from stranding tractor.
Profusely bleeding girl was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where she failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to her injuries.
The body has been shifted to the mortuary of GMCH for completion of legal formalities, while a case has been registered and investigation started.
