JAMMU, June 13: Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Jammu, Jatinder Singh Jamwal today remanded Zahoor Hussain Zargar, Chief Engineer Mechanical Engineering Department, Ranjan Kumar Langer, AEE Mechanical Engineering Dept, Hanho Yoon alias Calvin Yoon of South Korea, MD M/s CAS India Pvt Ltd Gurgaon and Anil Dhar, DGM M/s CAS India Pvt Ltd, who were caught red-handed while accepting bribe of Rs 1.80 lakh, up to June 15, 2012, to the police custody.
After hearing CPO Parshtom Sharma, DySP Vigilance, Jeetan Matoo and perusing the case diary, Court granted police remand of the accused up to June 15, 2012.
