JAMMU, Oct 18: Bahu Fort Police has arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest for last 10 years.
“Acting on information received through reliable sources regarding hideout of Kuldeep Kumar son of Banarsi Dass of Preet Nagar (Gangyal)-an absconder in a case FIR Number 41/2012 u/s 341 /382/323/34/ RPC of Police Station Bahu Fort, a team of Police Station Bahu Fort led by SHO Inspector Nayat raided the suspected place and arrested the absconder,” a police spokesman said.
He said, subsequently, the absconder was today produced before the Court of Sub Judge Judicial Magistrate Jammu which sent him in judicial custody.
