JAMMU, Oct 9: Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CCI) today appealed the milk suppliers to supply milk as per Food Safety and Standards Act.
In a statement, Arun Gupta, Secretary General, CCI condemned the attack on the Health Officer of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) by some spurious milk suppliers.
He said that corporation officials, shopkeepers and milk sellers should devise a formula so that things are settled smoothly especially during the festival season so that the people do not suffer.
