RAJOURI, Oct 9: A Special Investigation Team (SIT) of District Police has been constituted to solve the blind and gruesome murder of 7-year-old school boy in Rajouri town, leading to massive protest.
IGP Jammu, who reached here today also paid visit to the spot where murdered boy’s body was recovered. After discussing the issue with the DIG Danish Rana and SP Mubassar Latiffi he constituted SIT to investigate the case in the shortest possible time. While Latiffi will head the team, ASP Sanjay Sharma and DySP Operations, Ejaz Sheikh will assist him in the investigation. The IGP also directed to solve the blind murder of 13- year- old boy whose body was recovered from an abandoned room near Stadium in Rajouri about two months back.
