SRINAGAR, Oct 22: A delegation of OBC Welfare Forum under the chairmanship of Ghulam Hassan Sheergujre along with other Forum members called on Advisor to Lt Governor/Vice Chairman J&K Advisory Board here and discussed the issues for the welfare of OBCs with him.
The delegation highlighted the demands of OBCs with Advisor to LG and Vice Chairman and demanded their immediate settlement.
The delegation was given an assurance by Vice Chairman that the demands will be taken up with the Lt Governor at an earliest. The delegation expressed the hope that the long standing issues of the community will be settled as the authorities have given an assurance in this regard.
