SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today said inclusive and equitable progress and growth of all regions and sub-regions is benchmark of the state government’s development policy.
Mr Abdullah was talking to Chief Executive Councilor (CEC) Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, (LAHDC) Kargil, Asgar Karbali who called him here to discuss development of Kargil district.
During the meeting, Mr Karbali discussed development of Kargil district with the Chief Minister and apprised him of the development needs of various areas.
Mr Abdullah said all efforts would be made to address and mitigate the genuine problems of the people.
This was the first meeting or Mr Karbali with the Chief Minister after he was elected CEC of LAHDC following fresh elections last month.
