GF posters found in Samba areas

SAMBA, Oct 27: Posters of Ghaznavi Force, an outfit of banned militant organization Jaish-e-Mohammed have surfaced in Bari Brahmana and Tarore areas of Samba district today.
The threatening posters have been put up at 6 to 7 different places, including the main gate of the park made by Bari Brahmana Municipal Committee and boards outside the accommodation center built for Baba Amarnath Yatris at Tarore, on different walls in Bari Brahmana.
The posters were mostly written in Urdu. As soon as the police came to know about the posters, the top officials of the Police and the security agencies swung into action and the footage of the CCTVs installed around these places is being checked to find the clue.
SSP Samba, Abhishek Mahajan said that there has been information about the pasting of posters of Jammu and Kashmir Ghaznavi Force in Bari Brahmana area and immediately after which we have started action by registering a case under 13 UAPA, 153-A and 505 IPC. He said that it could also be someone’s mischief and so far no arrest has been made.
