NEW DELHI, Oct 12: There was no change in the pattern of trading in the wholesale sugar market today as prices continued to be asked on previous levels in scattered buying.
Marketmen said small buying against sufficient stocks mainly held sweetener prices around overnight levels.
The following were today’s quotations per quintal:
Sugar ready: M-30 Rs 3,080-3,270, S-30 Rs 3,070-3,250.
Mill delivery: M-30 Rs 2,910-3,225; S-30 Rs 2,900-3,200.
Sugar mill gate (including duty): Mawana 3035, Kinnoni 3,225, Asmoli 3,165, Dorala 3,030, Budhana 3,000, Thanabhavan 3,000, Dhanora 2,990, Simbholi 3,175, Modi Nagar 3,140, Khatuli 3,015, Dhampur 2,990, Ramala 2,915, Bulandshar 2,930, Anupshar 2,905, Baghpat 2,925, Morna 2,925, Sakoti 2,925, Chandpur 2,915, Amroha 3,060 and Nazibabad 2910.
