UDHAMPUR, Nov 7: Majalta Police arrested an absconder, who was evading his arrest from the past one year.
As per official sources, a team from Police Station Majalta led by SHO Inspector Sohan Singh Bandral under the supervision of SDPO Ramnagar Dr Bhishm Dubey on specific information conducted raid and arrested an absconder, who was at large since 2021.
The accused was identified as Khadim Hussain, son of Dawood, a resident of Laswara, Tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu.
He was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 31/2018 under sections 188 RPC and 3 PCA Act with Police Station Majalta. Arrest warrant under section 512 CrPC also stands issued against the accused by Judicial Magistrate 1st Class Majalta.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
