JAMMU, Nov 15: Senior BJP leaders Kavinder Gupta (former Deputy Chief Minister) and R S Pathania (J&K BJP spokesperson) listened to the public grievances at BJP Headquarter here at Trikuta Nagar today.
People from various parts of the region visited BJP Headquarter and discussed their issues with the senior party leaders. People came individually as well as in the form of deputations to press for their specific issues.
The majority of the issues were related to the development of their respective areas pertaining to drinking water, electricity, lanes, drains, roads, etc.
While listening to the issues presented, Kavinder Gupta telephonically talked to the concerned departmental officials and issued letters for the others. “People have their own day-to-day issues related to individual concerns as well as issues of development. With these public grievances camps, BJP has tried to bridge the gap between the people and administration so that their issues are addressed at the appropriate level” said Kavinder.
