SRINAGAR, Oct 15: According to a notification issued here today by General Administration Department, the Winter Secretariat will start functioning at Srinagar from October 28, 2013 after Darbar Move to Jammu.
The Winter Secretariat will function with one officer to the level of Special Secretary/ Additional Secretary, two Deputy Secretaries/ Under Secretaries and other supporting staff.
