SRINAGAR, Oct 15: One person died while another was injured in two different road accidents in the Valley.
Police said one person Shahid Ahmad Dar, son of Abdul Rashid resident of Matipora, Srigufwara who was injured on October 9 when he was hit by a Wagon-R car JK13C/1232 at Chenni Wooder, Poshkreeri, Anantnag. The injured succumbed to his injuries at SKIMS Soura, Srinagar. A case has already been registered in this regard.
Police said an unidentified Sumo hit and seriously injured a pedestrian Bashir Ahmad Sheikh, son of Ghulam Rasool resident of Tikker, at Sahtpora Hyhama, Kupwara. The injured was shifted to Sub District Hospital, Kupwara for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
