JAMMU, Oct 15: Commissioner/Secretary, Tourism Department, Atul Dulloo has been cleared for the Central deputation and would be joining the Government of India (GoI) as Joint Secretary, Rural Development Department.
Mr Dulloo is a 1989 batch IAS officer of Jammu and Kashmir cadre.
