Public issues will be redressed in phased manner: Randhawa

JAMMU, Nov 18: Former Legislator and senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader, Vikram Randhawa today inspected the ongoing tile work at Ajit Nagar area of Gadigarh in RS Pura-Jammu South Assembly segment.
Randhawa was accompanied by officials of Public Works Department, Vijay Sharma, Mandal president Gadigarh, Naresh Sharma, Paras Ram, Balbir Singh, Anil Sharma, Inder Khajuria and Gurpal Singh.
While speaking, Vikram Randhawa said that the ongoing tile work is being carried out by PWD.
He said that the present development work is being executed on the demand of local people as they were facing difficulty in day-to-day movement.
He assured the people that all their demands would be redressed in a phased manner. He said that various developmental works are in progress and development will be brought at the doorsteps of the people.
“BJP under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is working on the theme of ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas’ and is committed for the overall development of Jammu and its people”, Randhawa said, adding that “BJP is working to mitigate problems of the people and give them respite from miseries which they are facing for the last over 70 years”.
He said instead of talking about big things the BJP leadership is focusing on local issues which can make a big difference in the lives of people.
Former Legislator said that BJP is working with the best possible approach to meet the expectations of local residents.
Randhawa requested the locals to lend a hand in monitoring the quality of the work presently going on.
People present on the occasion expressed their gratitude to the former MLC for ensuring early redressal to their genuine long pending demand in a time-bound manner. They also assured full support to the party.
