JAMMU, Oct 16: Geeta Gyan Rahasya- a three-day spiritual awareness programme by Brahma Kumaris, began today at Parade Ground Jammu.
The programme was inaugurated by Rajyogini Brahma Kumari Usha Didi along with chief guest Janak Raj Gupta, former MP and Shantmanu, Divisional Commissioner Jammu.
Comparing the present scenario with the time of Mahabharta, Usha Didi in her address, stressed the need to decide whether to follow Duryodhna or Arjuna.
The Divisional Commissioner said that the Brahma Kumaris were living a practical life.
Janak Raj Gupta, in his brief speech, expressed his pleasure over participating in the function and coming to know about the working of Brahma Kumaris. He said that Usha Didi should come to Jammu after every two months for such type of programmes.
Another guest, Swami Kumar Ji said that he was so far unaware of the Geeta Rahasya. He announced to bring his followers for participation in the three-day programme for completely understanding the Geeta Raysya.
Earlier, Rajyogi B K Sudarshan Didi, director of the Brahma Kumaris Jammu and Kashmir, welcomed the guests while Brahma Kumari Ravinder Bai introduced working of the organization to the guests.
