JAMMU, Nov 23: SBI Mutual Fund, the largest fund house in the country, today announced the move to its new office at Bahu Plaza, Jammu.
The Branch was inaugurated by Vinod Jaiswal, Chief General Manager (CGM), SBI Chandigarh Circle, in the presence of Pawan Kumar (Deputy General Manager, SBI Jammu Administrative Office), Munish Sabharwal (SVP & Zonal Head, SBI Mutual Fund) and other dignitaries from SBI.
Speaking on the occasion, Vinod Jaiswal said, “There has been increasing awareness of mutual funds amongst people as seen by the interest visible in Jammu and its adjoining areas. State Bank of India is committed to create value for its customers and provide them mutual fund solutions for their financial goals.”
DP Singh, Deputy MD & CBO, SBI Mutual Fund, said that the Branch will not only provide services to its customers but will also strengthen its presence in the region and serve as a touch point to interact with potential investors who prefer in-person interactions to know more about mutual funds and its offerings. He said, with this aim, SBI Mutual fund has added over 55 new branches across the country since January 2020 thereby increasing its presence in the country.
SBIFM is a joint venture between State Bank of India and Amundi-Europe’s largest asset manager. SBIFM is an Investment Manager of SBI Mutual Fund, SBI Alternative Equity Fund and SBI Alternative Debt Fund.
