Injured in accidental fall airlifted to Jammu

REASI, Oct 17: A person, who sustained critical injuries after falling from a steep mount while collecting grass in village Dubri of Mahore here today, was airlifted to Government Medical College Hospital Jammu.
The man, identified as Mohd Muqeem (35) son of Ghulam Mohd of Dubri, Mahore, has received serious head injury, thoracic trauma and left renal injury in the accidental fall.
In view of his critical condition, Deputy Commissioner, Reasi, Dr Shahid Iqbal, immediately requisitioned an Airforce helicopter from Jammu which airlifted the patient from Mahore to the GMC Hospital.
SDM Mahore Ashwani Kumar Sharma coordinated the operation while Assistant Commissioner Central Dr Shabir Keen arranged all facilities at Jammu to save the life of critically injured
This is the third such incident in a month when Airforce chopper was requisitioned for shifting injured from Reasi to Jammu.
